With 20 fully operational kitchens running daily, The Kitchen Collective required robust, high-performance commercial kitchen equipment. Each kitchen is fitted with Blue Seal Evolution Series appliances , including cooktops, griddles, chargrills, and fryers, trusted for reliability and durability in demanding environments.

The equipment supports a wide variety of cuisines and cooking styles, ensuring tenants—from startups to small-scale caterers—can operate efficiently. Intuitive, easy-to-use controls make the kitchens accessible for operators with varying levels of experience.

For the combi ovens, The Kitchen Collective chose Convotherm maxx easyTouch range and Turbofan Combi models, both known for their simple, user-friendly interfaces—ideal for a space with changing tenants. Harrison admits the equipment has had a good stress test, but so far, it’s performed flawlessly, setting a positive outlook for The Kitchen Collective.
