Moffat manufactured Rotel commercial bakery ovens are specifically designed for heavy-duty retail use and implement variable temperature loading (VTL). Our baking ovens are energy efficient, eco friendly, easy to use and suffer from less down time. Featuring touch screen control with up to 99 baking programs, each chamber is individually controlled with automatic energy saving temperature guaranteeing energy savings of up to 20% compared to conventional baking ovens.
