Moffat / Blue Seal is pleased to release to the USA and Canadian the model E27MS convection oven. This is a stainless steel version of the respected low profile full sheet pan oven, which features the company's reversing air turbofan convection cooking system. This thoughtful design includes a drop down door system with full view twin pane armored glass, porcelain inner, superior insulation, light, and simple to use controls.
Ideal for baking, the E27MS provides a consistent and even bake which is achieved by using only one fan - compared to competition using two. A popular idea is to stack two E27 - providing 4-6 sheet pans of capacity (depending on the product height) allowing two different products to be cooked in the same footprint at different times and includes parts and labor warranty. |
