"Moffat is pleased to release the E25MS MAX stainless version of its popular compact convection oven to the USA market" says Vice President Stuart Murray. The popular E25 2 half pan convection oven has won favor with users from chain applications to independent operators because of its construction and versatility in cooking capability. "Operators and caterers love the fact that the E25 can be operated on a 110V 15amp circuit" says Murray, which makes the unit more portable for their needs. "Many of our customers start out as sceptics having used other smaller ovens for a short time before having to replace them with a Moffat" he says. Our construction is more solid and better insulated than the competitively priced smaller ovens and includes porcelain inner, lights, fan and insulation.

The new MS series includes stainless aesthetics and a clear, twin pane armored glass door.
