Executive chef Peter Carroll is available to assist in application testing, time and temperature advice and menu development support. Our new kitchen and training facility in Winston Salem is available for product testing and evaluation, as well as sales and service training, with the full complement of Blue Seal products available for use.
We can also provide support within the clients environment where necessary.
